I am so excited for the Korean thanksgiving holiday Chuseok! We have 5 days off and Derek and I are lucky enough to visit my friend Yuri. I know Yuri because I was her conversation partner when she was studying abroad at UIUC and she now lives in GwangJu. Yuri is the sweetest and her family offered to let us stay at their house, experience traditional Chuseok and, if that wasn't enough, Yuri made an great itinerary of what we can do together. I promise to take many pictures and report back after the holiday, but until then it will be a little quiet around these parts.

Enjoy this time away with your friend and family such a wonderful gesture. And, to be able to celebrate a Holiday traditional to that culture is rare! Want to hear all abt it when you get back♡♥♡♥
