So that's why...

I've been wondering why Koreans are so thin but their diet doesn't seem like the ultimate in health by American standards. Then I stumbled across this article and it helped me understand why Korean food is a lot better for you and in more ways than just calories. I also have been looking at the calories in their sweets and pastries and they are at least 100 calories less than at home, just the right amount of sweet.

In addition, I have noticed my skin is getting clearer by the day even though I have been sweating nonstop. I'm hoping that I can stop worrying about my long and brutal battle acne, score!

Interesting about the food there. I read the article and also know that fermented food is very beneficial to the immune system, which all lies within digestive system(mainly our gut).Seems like the variety of food is limited? Any dairy cheese grains? I think these things are a big culprit besides sugar.
