Jinju Lantern Festival

A few weeks ago Derek and I went to Jinju for their lantern festival. It was awesome and HUGE. The lanterns included large floats in the river, a bamboo forest filled with bug lanterns fornicating and in the historical fortress they had scenes from traditional Korean life, fight scenes and a lantern forest. Our favorite activity was choosing lanterns to pose with, but Derek has those pictures since my camera died.

It was by no means a half assed event.
