Seoraksan

For Buddha's birthday we went to Seoraksan National Park to celebrate. It was beautiful and a pretty intense hike up (or should I say stair climb). We ate tons of seafood, including the North Korean specialty of squid stiffed with vegetables and pan fried. Sooooooo good. Also in Sokcho, the town nearby, there is a fried chicken place where the line was seriously 200 people long! I didn't wait, but I wonder if the chicken could really be worth a 2 hour wait. We also went zip lining on our way home. It was super high and scary but well worth the stomach turning anticipation.

Here are my pictures and check out Derek's cheekier and funnier post too.

Then we went backed down and soaked our feet.

Day 3: Heading home and zip lining
I love rainy days going home.

Waaahhooooooo!
And the highlight of my trip, the sleepover! 8 bugs in a rug!
